Paul Knight

London born, previously worked for the Tribeca Grill in New York City, which belongs to the iconic actor Robert De Niro and the founder of the Myriad Restaurant Group Drew Nieporent and has prominent names such as Bill Murray, Sean Penn, Christopher Walken, Ed Harris and Lou Diamond Phillips as investors. Paul also worked at The Berkeley and Claridge’s hotels in London, as well as the Nobu restaurant in London, which is also run by Robert De Niro and Drew Nieporent. We are more than excited to have him on board!

We get our prime Irish meats from the rich, lush pastures of Co Meath in Ireland. Farmhouse Foods is a very successful, award winning, butchery run by Éamonn Dunne and his family since 1972. All their meats are completely traceable from field to fork!

We ask to come in the latest an hour before the kick off

Following COVID regulations and measurements we’d like to remind that there can be max. 16 people at a table outdoors and 8 people indoors. We ask all our guests to wear FFP2 masks and have a valid negative COVID test or a vaccination passport with them. Guests must wait to be seated at arrival and remain seated at the table at all time (except for a bathroom visit).
